instructors in the bodywork profession, such as:

Tom Myers, founder of Kinesis Myofascial Integration, author of Anatomy Trains
Emmett Hutchins, founder of the Guild for Structural Integration
Jim Asher, founder of the Colorado Cranial Institute

As he started a family, he stayed closer to home, enjoying a thriving private practice and
various instructional opportunities.  He has offices in New Jersey and Manhattan.

An active member of the Rolf Institute, and the newly formed International Association of
Structural Integrators, Chuck has developed our Structural Integration Training Program
dedicated to the teachings of Dr. Ida P. Rolf.  His superior style of touch honed over more
than 15 years of private practice, and his clear explanations of the anatomical and

Elizabeth Aerts
Elizabeth Aerts is a Co-Director of our school and attends to most of the administrative
functions required to run the school and therapy clinic.  In addition to teaching
aromatherapy, marketing and business practices, she enjoys her role as an assistant in our
Therapeutic Massage Certification Program.  After receiving a B.S. degree in Computer
Information Systems, she attended Rutgers University Graduate School of Management,
completing her M.B.A. in 1993.  She worked in commercial real estate banking, mortgage
banking and the legal field for many years before applying her organization skills as Office
Manager of AeroChem Research Laboratories, Inc., where she was responsible for all
financial and administrative operations, including compliance with Defense Contract Audit
Agency regulations.  Her natural curiosity led her to expand her role in this small research
company, and she became involved in the scientific operations as a Research Data Analyst
and Technical Editor, where she prepared dozens of articles for journal publications and
materials for symposium presentations. She was instrumental in the successful acquisition
of AeroChem by a large international firm, following which she left to start a family in 1997.
Since then, she has worked part-time as a consultant to small businesses.  After
experiencing the many benefits of massage and bodywork, she decided to attend massage
school in 2002.  She is NCBTMB certified, and a Certified Member of ABMP.  She has
taken continuing education courses in Prenatal Massage, Segment Reflex Massage, and
Principles of Structural Integration.  She has been studying aromatherapy for several years,
and enjoys creating her own essential oil blends for use in massage oils and therapeutic bath
salts.   Her love of learning and bodywork combined with her managerial skills make her
uniquely suited to our school.
