Hey You,


You just committed to living a healthier lifestyle. You’ve decided to dedicate yourself to working out and eating healthier foods. Understand that from today on, you’ll be tempted to retract on your commitment. You’ll be tempted to say, “I’ll start over tomorrow” or “this last … won’t hurt.” The truth is, it will hurt!

Don’t do it. Don’t give in to that temptation. Honor your commitment to a healthier life. The more you say no to temptation, the more confidence you’ll gain to accomplish your fitness goals.
You’re only a week away from seeing and feeling results. That’s seven days maximum. And for some, you’ll start to notice results even sooner.

Stay focused, be patient, stay committed, and say no to anything that will derail you from reaching your fitness goals. Two months from now, you’ll be glad you did. You can do this! You will do this! Enjoy your journey.
